Conference Venue & Official Hotels
Kathmandu has a
wide variety of international class hotels to
suit everyone's fancies and finances.
However, we strongly urge you to book your hotel
as early as you can and definitely before your
arrival. March is the peak tourist season in
Nepal and rooms will be difficult to book as we
get closer to the conference dates.
Please, also be aware that hotel –venue- hotel
daily transportation will only be available from
the official list of hotels listed below.
However, delegates will be dropped and picked up
on the route at designated stops.
Indian nationals may pay in US$ equivalent
Indian Rupees. Preferences such as smoking /
non-smoking rooms or twin /double room should be
noted in the Accommodation Booking Form. Extra
beds may be requested at the time of hotel check
in.

One night deposit is required to confirm
reservation which is not refundable in
case of no show or cancellation after
January 10th, 2012.
In the exceptional
case of Hotel Yak & Yeti, the conference
venue, you do not send the one night
deposit, but you do have to be a
registered delegate to book a room. |

Full refund will be granted before
January 10th, 2012 after deducting US
45.00 for administrative cost and credit
card/bank charges. |
