We have noted the rate, terms and conditions for booking advertisement in the 51st IFATCA Annual Conference Souvenir publication as specified in this contract. We wish to book our advertisement space in the Conference Souvenir publication as follows:

1. All bookings are to be submitted with full payment. Payment to be wire-transferred to the following bank account:

2. Closing date for receiving all advertisement artwork in CD from must reach House of Rajkarnicar Conference & Incentives office (please click "contact" on the menu bar) by January 30th, 2012. Failure to submit artwork on time will result in loss of advertisement and payment. The artwork CDs shall not be returned and will be destroyed after use.

3. Once the advertisement space is booked, the advertiser may only cancel the booking by giving a written notice before February 12th. Otherwise the booking shall remain valid and liable for full payment.

4. Any refund will incur an administrative and bank charge of US$ 45.00 which will be deducted from the payment.
